On subscription timing
Changes need to be made before your next shipment processes. Once a shipment has been charged and packed it is on its way and cannot be cancelled — but stopping future refills at that point is straightforward. Our shipping and returns page sets out the process.
Pricing questions
You are charged after a licensed physician approves your prescription. If you are not approved, you are not charged.
The first month is discounted as an introductory rate. The 6-dose plan is $114 for month one and $149 per month thereafter; the 12-dose plan is $179 for month one and $199 per month thereafter.
The 12-dose plan. At $179 for the first month it works out to about $14.92 per dose, against $19.00 per dose on the 6-dose plan. At the standard rate it is roughly $16.58 per dose versus $24.83.

Cancel, pause or adjust any time before your next shipment processes, from your account or by contacting support. Once a shipment has been charged and processed it cannot be cancelled, but future refills stop.
